To register for a repair, call us and ask for a service representative. You will be issued a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number which will be valid for a period of 30 days from the issue date. This number serves as a tracking number linking you to your repair. It is recommended that a RMA Tracking Form be filled out prior to sending in your unit for repair. A downloadable version can be found below.
*Proof-of-purchase is required for validation of warranty status Once this information has been received you will simply be instructed to send your monitor to us. If you are able to drop the unit off at our location, please refer to the location Megatech map. If you intend to ship the unit to us, please review our shipping section. PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING FILE The RMA Tracking Form has been customized for printing , but it may also be submitted electronically. If you prefer to print and fax the form in, please, download and print out the form, fill out the required information, and fax it to us at 905-479-8010.
