The RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is our preferred way of tracking your unit at our facility from start to finish through the repair process.
Prior to sending your unit in for repair, it is imperative that you request an RMA from us.
Please fill out the information below, and once complete, click Submit to send the information to us. Provide as much information as possible, particularly when filling out the 'Trouble to Report' section.
Once submitted, we will contact you shortly after via email or phone with your RMA number and further instructions.
