Let us help you troubleshoot your unit. If your issue has not been resolved, please submit an RMA request.

Discolouration on Image
  • Defective optical engine. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • Depending on the model of your projector, your unit may need to be re-calibrated. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • Your unit may be grossly contaminated. This happens over a long period of time where dust is allowed to accumulate on the LCD panels in your projector. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Dots on Image (Displays)
  • Dead pixels on screen image.
  • To repair this issue, the LCD screen will have to be replaced. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Dots on the Image (Projectors)
  • Defective DMD chip / board.
  • Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Flashing Lights
  • Take note of which LED lights are flashing on your projector when it fails.
  • Contact us with this information and we will help you figure out if your unit will be economical to service.
Inoperative Input(s)
  • Defective main board. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Loud / Erratic Noise
  • Noisy fan. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • Noisy colour wheel. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • Noisy actuator. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • Noisy power supply. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
  • If you hear a popping noise and your projector does not turn on, your lamp may have exploded. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
No Power
  • Try a different AC power cord.
  • If you do not see any signs of power going to the projector, your projector may have a defective power supply. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
No light on / Lamp Does Not Ignite
  • Check to ensure power is going into your projector.
  • Which LED lights are flashing on your top cover? (if only the lamp light is flashing, it may be time to replace your lamp)
  • Replace your lamp (with an OEM lamp) and if your unit turns on, reset the lamp hours. Continue using your projector as is.
  • If replacing the lamp does not fix the problem, there may be another mechanical issue with your projector. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Poor Image Quality / Low Brightness
  • Your unit may need a new lamp, replace your lamp (with an OEM lamp) and if your unit turns on reset the lamp hours. Continue using your projector as is.
  • Your unit may be grossly contaminated. This happens over a long period of time where dust is allowed to accumulate. Please disconnect the power cord and have your unit sent in for service.
Power Outage/Lightening Strike
  • Please ensure you have a suitable surge protector on all of your devices
  • Check all devices in your facility to ensure they are operating properly.
  • If one or more devices are not functioning the way they should, you may have experienced a power surge. Please disconnect the power cord(s) and have your unit(s) sent in for service.
